Where do the minerals come from?

For every item, the country and locality of origin are stated, as far as they have been verified for us by the supplier. Common countries of origin are India, Pakistan, Brazil, Madagascar, Indonesia, and the DR Congo – an overview is provided by the Locality World Map.

Will I receive exactly the pictured piece?

This is stated for every item. For one-of-a-kind pieces, you'll see exactly the photographed specimen with its measured weight. For items that are in stock multiple times, the note "Mystery item (may vary)" is shown – in that case you'll receive a comparable piece that may vary in size and pattern. Natural products are never identical.

Can I view the stones before buying?

Yes. In our showroom in Feldkirchen near Munich you can hold the pieces in your hand – weight, surface, and the play of light are, after all, hard to judge from photos.

I'm looking for a specific stone type – how do I find it?

Via Stone Types A–Z you can go directly to the respective collection. Within a stone type, you can additionally filter by shape, such as specimen, sphere, or point.
