What makes Crystal Paradise's products special?

Our products are carefully selected minerals and gemstones. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind.

Are the stones real and natural?

Yes, all our stones are 100% real and of natural origin. We work exclusively with trustworthy suppliers to ensure that our stones are authentic. In case of exceptions, we point this out.

Ordering, Shipping, and Returns

What payment options are available?

We accept the following payment methods:

• Klarna (invoice purchase and installment payment)

How much does shipping cost?

Within Germany, shipping costs depend on the weight of the shipment: €4.90 up to 1 kg, €6.90 up to 5 kg, €9.90 up to 10 kg, and €19.90 up to 31.5 kg. From €60 order value, we deliver free of shipping costs — this applies to shipments up to 5 kg. To Austria, shipping costs €7.90 up to 1 kg and €16.90 up to 5 kg (free shipping from €60), to Croatia €10.90 up to 1 kg and €16.90 up to 5 kg (free shipping from €150), to Switzerland €26.99. How long does shipping take?

We are a family business without employees and bring packages to the post office on three fixed days: Fridays, Saturdays, and Monday mornings. Orders placed by Sunday, 9:00 PM go out Monday morning, orders from Sunday evening to Thursday go out on Friday, orders from Friday go out on Saturday. The delivery time within Germany is therefore 2–7 business days, to Austria 3–8, to Croatia 3–13, and to Switzerland 5–11 business days. Why we do it this way. Your order is usually ready to ship after 1–2 days.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please make sure the products are undamaged and well packaged.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. We wrap your order as a gift – in tissue paper and a gift box, without price information, you'll receive the invoice by email. You select the wrapping directly in the cart, it costs €2.00 per order, regardless of the number of items.

Can I view the products in person?

Of course! You are warmly invited to visit our showroom at Olympiastraße 32 in 85622 Feldkirchen. There you can experience our products live and receive advice from us. If you wish, you can also pick up your order there free of charge.
