Christian Neumayer – Founder of Crystal Paradise, mineral expert & strategic mind with a heart for crystals

I am Christian Neumayer, founder and owner of crystalparadise.de. Even as a child I was fascinated by minerals – at the age of six I started my first collection. This passion has stayed with me to this day and is the foundation for everything you find at Crystal Paradise: real expertise, special pieces, and a deep connection to every crystal.

As an active member of the Mineralienfreunde München e.V. – particularly in the field of micromounts (micro minerals) – and member of the Mineralienverein St. Gallen, I regularly exchange ideas with like-minded people and collectors from all over Europe. This network, combined with my own collection, brings valuable know-how and rare pieces into the shop.

Professionally, I look back on more than 20 years in strategic leadership positions in the logistics industry – including at Amazon, zooplus SE, and MS Direct AG. As a graduate business economist, MBA graduate, and certified quality manager, I know how to combine processes, quality, and customer orientation at the highest level.

Today, this knowledge flows into every decision at Crystal Paradise: from product selection to quality assurance to the spiritual meaning of our healing stones.
